If you receive an article that is not suitable and / or is defective, you have 30 days to make an exchange.

Refund

According to French online selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order and be reimbursed for all products purchased on Massollo.com.

Any order cancellation must be made in writing, indicating your order number and must be submitted within 14 days of delivery of the package.

We will then refund your order upon receipt of the return.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to cancel your order, simply return your item to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. Your item must not have been used and must be returned as is, in its original packaging. Thus, we will refund your order as soon as we receive the return.

To protect yourself, we recommend that you send the package through a delivery service that assures you of the value of the package. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. For information, the delivery of the parcel to our warehouses in mainland France can take up to 7 days and, up to 14 days outside mainland France. However, this period may be shortened if the package is sent as a special delivery.
