REBOOST SESSION by MASSOLLO

The Reboost Session is a 55-minute sports class consisting of:

  • 20 minutes to strengthen: fitness
  • 20 minutes to let go: dance
  • 15 minutes to recharge: yoga

With the Reboost Session, Massollo wishes to encourage people to return to sport through a fun and dynamic course. But also, allow people practicing a regular sports activity to break their routine through a friendly moment.
